Re: Good buy?
So I think I'm going to get this.
BIOSTAR A770 A2+ AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard

- $69.99 ($59.99 after $10 rebate)
EVGA GeForce 8800GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLISupported

- $189.99 ($159.99 after $30 rebate)
Everything else that I own is compatible. CPU, RAM, hard drive, PSU... so I'm good.

or, if you have extra cash, try and step up to an 8800 GTS, its like a GT only with a bigger fan and slightly overlcocked.

Re: Good buy?
Of course there will be a slight difference, but nothing that major.. Well not major enough for me to spend an extra $65, I'm a broke SOB. Full time college student with a part time job, just doesn't cut it.
Explain to me the differences.. Like FPS wise, what's the jump?
5fps, 10fps, 15fps, 30fps...?
