When I had my AMD I went from the 4200+ to the 6000+ and saw huge gains in 3dmark/performance.

Those 6400+are suppost to beat the 6000+ so I say go for the cpu.

You are not gonna see much gain from a GT to GTS

CPU over GPU.

That GPU is a drop in the bucket away from you have now and it aint worth 200 bucks!

But a quad core Phenom? ooohhh.. thats nice... real nice...
