Re: Big Problem
There could be a problem in your DHCP service where it can't hang onto an IP address for some reason and it just sorted itself out...
Every "weird" connection issue I've ever had that wasnt related to the equipment on the ISP's end could be solved by turning off my router and modem, turning off my PC and letting it sit for a minute...then turning everything back on...
I dont explain why, I just rejoice when it works again.

Re: Big Problem
It could be something as simple as a signal problem.. perhaps there was some interference... or maybe you somehow got knocked off the network and your connection took its time to re-establish.
Ive had some very strange situations happen with my internet before where i cant reconnect for the life of me.. and then if I either restart my comp.. or router.. or even just leave it alone for 10 min.. it up and fixes itself.
Edit = as i was posting consultant posted exactly what i was thinking haha.

Re: Big Problem
So, my internet worked all last night. I never lagged once playing AoC. I thought, finally, the problem is solved. But i get up this morning and i had the same exact problem.....no internet. However, i believe the problem is solved now. I went and bought a wireless USB adapter and it seems to be running just fine. Lets hope that is lasts...*crosses fingers* Thanks for all the tips guys, i really appreciate all the help that yall gave me.
