In response to my other thread, i have some money and i want to start ordering parts... But i have no idea what is good. Id just want parts that can run new games, and most of the ttp games. Ill have a budget of $1200 to 1400.

Okay, i have a few questins. First, Do i need to buy a sound card? Because im trying for a cheaper price, but i can afford all the parts. Second, is there anything else I can cut? I dont need a super computer that can run things on good graphics, just something that'll play some of the TTP games and a bit more. I know that this setup is like that, but I dont need extra. And third, Can i buy any of these parts elsewhere, besides newegg i mean? Just wondering...

The whole set-up cost me under $1,000, and I play all games on max settings, and I get around 120-160 fps on CSS.

you're suggesting a Radeon? I suggest going with the 8800 GT. It'll save you some money, and it's nvidia. Other things to note: you probably won't need a 640 GB harddrive so you can save money by getting a smaller one, quad core is unnecessary since few games support it so you can save money by going dual core.
