That's definitely a RAM error. Your going to want to run diagnostics on each stick of RAM, take it to intrex or if you can do it yourself. I used to have this problem with my last computer.

The problem is that that error can be virtually anything. In CS-speak, you're getting a variation of a null-reference exception; there's a pointer in memory that's pointing to another block of memory that does not, in fact, exist.

Very doubtful that its RAM related. It is like Toker said, a pointer error. I had this problem once with CS:S and had to completely reinstall STEAM for it to work. 90% of the time thats going to be a software pointer issue though.

I can track down the memory locations if you want, but googling the error yourself will give you quicker results.
