Teamspeak and 64 bit XP

Hey all, I am hoping I can get some help here from my HW tech buddies.

I am trying to install teamspeak and I keep getting an Error and I do not know how to fix it.

Error loading Hawlvoice library (hvdi.dll) Maybe not installed?

oh and btw I have updated my drivers recently (last week when I installed the OS) so I do not think it is them. I googled the dll and couldn't understand nothing
