    Increase vcore to 1.30 volts and set fsb to 420mhz. Voila, 4ghz.

    Make sure to set the ram speed to pc6400 (333mhz) for stability purposes.

    Also make sure to use an after market cpu cooler. I use the Zalman 9700. It works great.

    I have vista ultimate and use 4gb ram. If the home version is the same bump it up. Vista likes ram
