Looks great, but I think the newest radeon solution is a good bet.

For a few dollars more than that 9600 I think there are ATI 4xxx solutions that outperform it considerably. If you are not going to go SLI.

Do you plan on going SLI at some point?

(I have that mobos big brother running in SLI)

Thanks Soy for replying I thought I was talking to myself in here.I did think about getting something better then the 9600 but couldn't find one in my price range,or maybe I wasn't looking hard enough.

And I don't plan on getting SLI,well i guess thats because I don't really understand it's purpose and or function

Further more I just bought the parts.I think I will be quit pleased with them, since my current pc plays BF2 on low settings.

Heh, yeah after I replied I realized I was a little late

The 9600 is a great card in its price level, it will do just fine for BF series games and most anything at TTP.

SLI/Crossfire allow two video cards to work in conjunction. Basically they trade off rendering frames, parts of frames, or combinations of them. In some cases SLI/Cross fire show a nearly doubling in performance, in others, it is of no help or even a hinderance. Properly implementing SLI is a matter of your screens resolution and the the power of your GPU. But if you are not going to do it, don't worry about it!

Great gear, I love my M2N 32 mobo. Good luck!

    Re: Advice

I love the smell of plastic in the morning.Especially when the lovely fragrance is coming from the plastic that is wrapped around my new pc parts that just arrived.

Although I won't be rebuilding my pc till tomorrow.

So by the end of tomorrow I will be on my new pc......hopefully.Cause i wouldn't be surprised if i break something and if thats the case you won't see me on BF2 for awhile.
