    I'm looking into upgrading from my Treo 700wx when my contract is up in august....

    my mom want's an iphone also, so she might just stick me on a family plan again and get us both one.

    Ahh. I thought it was required, that's what one of my friends told me. (He bought the original when he has 17)

    meh, like almost everything w/that half-bitten POS apple logo on it...it's overrated.

    personally, the only reason I would choose an iphone over the Instinct or Dare is the fact that I wanna go to a provider that uses SIM cards >_<

    I like the idea of switchin my phone at will from day to day :-P

    I have a BJ1 and I'm looking at the Iphone2 because they supposedly fixed the issues with the iphone connecting to MSExchange.

    From what I understand is that the iPhone would connect to Exchange but it was a huge PITA so I never messed with it at my office.

    Since I don't think your connecting to a MS Exchange email account, I don't think that's a factor for you. So I would say the choice is yours more or less.
