Thread: Blackjack VS iPhone

So currently I have a Samsung Blackjack for a phone, which I had loved and used for a year. (Yeah, I'm 13, I know, I'm a little bitch)

My parents just offered me the iPhone 3G for my b-day. Is it worth it?

NOTE: iPhone plan comes w/ internet, my blackjack does not have internet, and I would like teh internet on me phone to access TTP everywhere bwaaaahahha.

OR I could look into an external HD, new monitor, but my phone I would use more.

I've been using the original BlackJack since the day it released. I'm on the Internet all day long. I've got 4 email accounts synchronizing to it just fine. I'm MILDLY interested in stepping up to the BJ2.

Running MSN Messenger isn't so easy if you're doing other things on the phone at the same time, but I would imagine that is a limitation of the device being so small and no real ALT-TAB capability.

But then again, like you have the Anti-Christ... I'm the Anti-Mac, so anything is going to come before the iPhone for me. Besides... it starts as an iPhone, then you get the iPod, then you get the Mac, and then you're screwed like Kyle700 who still can't play 2142 for us since no one bothered to patch the Macs yet.

and I can't get internet cause teh parents dont want an extra 50 bucks a month added to the bill

Rudy..... I am with AT&T and despite the protestations of the sales people, my phone works just fine for all things data related on the $20/month plan.

Caveat - 200 text messages / unlimited data

Yes, but they don't want to pay extra.
