Thread: Need some help

Well, truthfully, I'm not very good at troubleshooting hardware problems like this. But, my friend took a look at it..the CPU was bad and the heatsink was going bad. Luckily, my dad had a computer given to him that he uses for parts, and the CPU and heatsink in it were compatible with mine, just had to take a slight performance hit. Should be back in full swing tomorrow.
