Ipod help
I have an ipod shuffle. That would work fine with itunes, then I try to put music on a friends ipod that says the ipods files are corrupt so it doesnt work i take it back.
Then i plug in my shuffle and it says the same thing, files are corrupt the ipod needs to be restored so i did that thinking it would work fine. It didnt work afterwards. So i reinstalled Itunes and still nothing. I'm really not sure what to do now.
Any advice?

Is your computer authorized? Is your Ipod's software updated? Have you, perchance, dropped your Ipod recently?
Using customer support is also advisable although different people get different results. If you have an Apple store near you, you can set up an appointment where they can repair your Ipod for free. It should take no more than a few minutes.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
Bigdog-Sweet home Alabama you are an idiot.

Re: Ipod help
Could another ipod give me say a wierd file for itunes or say a virus that affects itunes. I have deleted all the itunes software and then I reinstall it and the same thing happens. I have checked it with a friends ipod and it doesnt work either. Im downloading the update right now. Soooo frustrating.
