Question about Speakers

I am looking at these. I know they arent the most powerful, and I know they are just 2.1 - that's all I want/have space for.

I'm looking at this though...

Is that a place to plug in your headphones/mic or is that some ipod adaptor plug thing on the right side?

The left is for headphone output, the right is input to play directly from ipod etc. They do have other models that have a mic and headphone connection together on the control box http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16836121014 Not as good as the one you posted but has the plug in for mic and headphones.
