Wow, nice catch Mojo.

I had been following this thread and was stumped once heat issues had been eliminated as a cause. I had installed the dual core optimizer on my old XP installs, but I never even thought of it in this situation.

Meh... thanks for grats, but I "used" to do a lot of P2P, and that always limited connections under those situations.
I always patch any XP install now, since my first recommendation includes a good Firewall, which eliminates the need for MS's built-in limitation it case of infection for it's inferior XP F/W.
Just glad to help out another TTP brother.
