    Actually Bell.. there is something to RV's "reboot" statement... any time I've run into that stupid handshake message, I reboot my PC and it works fine after that. Another thing that dex tried during his long PB ordeal was when he got that message trying to get on TTP, the'd join and low population or empty server (one that has PB on it).. if he didn't get booted from that server with the PB message, he'd THEN go back to TTP and usually get on ok after that. I've tried the same method and it has also worked for me when I get the error.

    reboot your computer fixes this problem. start -> run -> services.msc -> punkbuster b service stops running you can start but it but it will screw up again update pb and restart machine fixes problem.. Happens to me sometimes when I leave my pc on for weeks at a time.

    MD5 shadders, should be stickied in the pr forums. if not give it a search. I know it has come up ALOT this summer.
