New Cell phone

I'm looking at getting a new cell phone soon. I've been using the basic samsung flip phone, and I really don't like it. I'm on AT&T which seems to limit my options from most of the cool phones

. And I'm not getting an Iphone.
I really need a qwerty keypad. That's the main feature I'm looking for, otherwise I'd stick with the phone I have. A few others that would be nice are:
A camera
USB connectivity (to my comp. Add music that kinda stuff. Free ringtones from music I already have)
Flash memory slot
I have 2 in mind right now, but I really don't know much.

The Pantech Matrix- A few flaws in it. The buttons seem a bit small and I hear the keypad is a little cramped, but this phone has everything, it migt actually be overkill for me. I'm not going to be listening to XM while using the gps and checking my e-mail any time soon. It does have everyhting I was looking for tho.

The LG F9200- seems like a more simple option to the Matrix. has a camera and keyboard (slide-out). My worry is the reviews, I know you can't tell everything by them, but it seems like some people have had big problems with it. especially with texting. Supposedly it has "limited options" for texting, but I just write my message and send it anyway, I'm not sure how big a factor that would be.

I have a Samsung Blackjack v2, and I love it. It is 3G compatible, has a full QWERTY KB, but is still relatively small, and all the functionality you mentioned. With rebates and good customer discounts I got it for free.

Do you mind a touch-screen keyboard or when you say "full QWERTY" do you mean tactile, physical keys?

Tell you what, I have had 3 versions of the Treo, and 2 of the PPC's. None of them can compare to the durability and the usefulness of my Blackberry 8330 (Curve). The Blackberry OS leaves a little to be desired as far as a learning curve, but once you get a grasp on it you can customize your phone to do exactly what you want it to do. The onboard GPS works great, the push mail (with the addition of the Empower mail viewer so HTML is rendered) is great and the phone reception has been much better than any other phone I have had.

I think the blackberry is more than I'm really going, for, but I'll give it a look, as well as the blackjack.

Consultant- I'm definitely looking for a tactile keypad, I don't really like the touch screens.
