    don't ask why but i need to install older version of Direct x! Haw can i uninstall directx

    The new versions of DirectX contain all the old versions of DirectX. You can't uninstall it, because it's part of the operating system. If you have something that is telling you that you need an older version of DirectX, it's got a broken installer that is likely not intended for the OS you're running.
