If you are like me, and you are the smart one in the family about computers and have to fix mom, dad, grandma, aunt, grandpa, and uncle Goober's computers for them and you do not live close enough to drive over.
And you do not want to leave ports on their firewalls open for remoting in.

I used it to do a lot of work on my mom's computer last week when she really jacked it up. It is designed to make the remoting in as easy as possible for the person you are trying to help out.Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.

I may try this out. I have a feeling some DJs will soon call me freaking out that computer is speaking to them. My job just keeps being a bundle of joy recently.

Heres some alternative software to that. I've used it a lot in the past for quick temporary access. NO good for permanent solutions though.
