    AMD Fusion?

I was reading this article and I was wondering if anyone is using this program. Seems like a cool utility and if you watch the video at the bottom he gets over a 1000 point increase in 3dmark. Of course, he's running a high end processor and gpu so results may vary, but it might be worth looking into.

Wasn't AMD Fusion the platform they were developing where they put the CPU and GPU on the same chip......

Was supposed to be out in 2011.

    Re: AMD Fusion?

I currently use it. I usually run the advanced mode of Fusion, expert takes away to many of the process' and will not allow them to start and run manually for me. It kills my logitech mouse and joystick programs in advanced so I have to go in a restart them to make them work in game. It also kills my zboard process and I have to restart it manually.

I have an older setup and ran 3dmark06 on it. I get about an 800 boost 3dmark if I run expert Fusion compared to no Fusion. Also about 8 fps faster on my 8800GT.

It's definitely worth a try at the least.

Before I upgraded my system, I would load BF2 about 5 secs faster with AMD Fusion. That was using the basic setup.
