Thread: looking for the best antispam software

I am looking for a software that does more than just lable email as "spam" or send them to a spam folder.
I am looking for a software that will:
block email addresses, never to receive them again
block domains
report spam emails back to the domain administrator
report spam eamils to the goverment administration in charge of them
be able to fight back spam by sending/saturating the sender's inbox folder (there was a software that did this, forgot the name of it)
