    ah VMware....

    I am so in love with this stuff, it is not even funny.

    We have 4 ESX farms at work that I manage and it makes life so easy.
    You still need real hardware around for really resource intensive stuff.
    But for most things, virtual servers get the job done and are practically bullet-proof.
    Not to mention the savings in electricity due to less hardware and less strain on the environmental control systems at the datacenter.
    Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.
