Most stations are from schools or large businesses that usually will have a computer on all night, but I figure if I switch the monitor off when not in use during night/day, then I am saving the greater part of the load.

Depending on the day and what I am doing I am about half I keep it on for a few days and some days I will shut it off.

I turn it off at night, when I go to sleep. But I always leave my moniter on, 24/7, just because I don't really thionk it takes power to use it when it's off.

I leave it on unless I know I am going to not use it for extended period of time.

I used to leave mine run 24/7 but lately I have been shutting it of. This is funny last night at 11:00pm I thought to get on and post this exact same question. You beat me to it.LOL

same...I don't like to leave it on unless i'm on it. waste of electricity for one and it's in my room and it's a tad loud...i have 5 fans plus the fan in each graphics card and the psu lol so...yea...i like it off so i can sleep
