Vista 64
EDIT:
I just scanned again and it didn't find anything
"On March 9, 2009 Microsoft released a new signature that addresses the issue. Signature versions 1.53.283.0 and higher include this fix."
I updated definitions to 1.53.288.0
I'm going to scan again with Windows Defender and AVG.
EDIT 2:
It didn't show up again...1.52.292.0 is the latest.

4. Delete all text in the HOSTS file.
5. On the first line of the HOSTS file, type: 127.0.0.1 localhost
At this point the HOSTS file contains nothing but this one line of text.
6. Save the file to the same location you opened it from.
7. Close Notepad.
P.S.
Pffft Bullet....
