Sooo... either they are actually going under or this is the strangest April Fools joke ever. Notice how they are saying that they are going down on March 30th, so when you log in on April first, surprise they are still up! Maybe?

places like filefront need pageviews, hits, and impressions to get revenue. They don't get it from anywhere else.

So.....if they make an announcement like this 5 days in advance, and people STOP using the site to upload, download, manage, whatever.....then thye lose money.

A prank the night of....or the morning of...for a few hours is one thing. But.....for a few days....at filefronts level of traffic, and based on what we know is possible in terms of banner advertising like they have......that's 1000's of dollars. possibly 10's of 1000's.
