Samsung F1 drives

Are they REALLY as uber special as people are saying? I'm looking at buying a bunch of them for a RAID array.

This is HD Tune with my 150GB Raptors in a Raid 0.

This is my Samsung F1 no Raid.

I would like to see what a pair of F1's look like in a Raid. I was thinking on buying a second one to run in a Raid mirror.

As you can see the access times almost double but we are talking 7ms here.
It's not a fair comparison but it gives you an idea of how they compare.

I have read in quite a few sites the Raid F1's run damn good and the transfer rates are through the roof.
Read some reviews for sure and 1TB for under a $100 is nice.

If I go with the Spinpoints, I'll be doing like 4 of them in a striped raid. Actually, I'll be buying them this week to have them for this coming weekend.
