Also, Prolimatech was created by former Thermalright designers, in case you didn't know. Not surprising they beat the TRUE.
I knew there was a similar design aspect going on there.

From some of the reviews that I have been reading it either comes close/equals/or outperforms the TRUE. I have a check from my B-Day that I have not cashed yet. Now I know what I am going to cash it for.

Oh and I have the 920 also, how can I check to see if it is the D0 stepping model?

On the box (and the chip) it will say SLBCH if it is C0, or SLBEJ if it is D0. Also EVEREST will identify it. And my E-LEET software (I think just EVGA's version of CPU-Z) identifies it as stepping "5" which may correspond somehow. D0 only started selling very recently and is still tough to get ahold of at most retailers.

The D0's reach slightly higher O/C's than the C0's, but at much lower voltages and maybe slightly lower temps. I just ran 2 hrs prime95 at 4.0GHz, still all voltages untouched (other than DIMM which I raised slightly to 1.60V for memory errors). Max core temp 69C.

With your i7, did you turn off speed stepping?

It is turned off by default, but I just read some stuff about my mobo and I have found some people successfully using it at same overclock I'm at now, so I may try turning it on later.
