Re: iTunes 8: FUNNY!
Err, was that in the previous iTunes versions too? I wonder if its a reponse accidents caused by things like text messaging instead of paying attention and Apple is just getting their ducks in a row by covering every potential catastrophy they can think of. Did they miss anything?

Re: iTunes 8: FUNNY!
The capitalized text is standard boilerplate legalese for most computer software. Very high risk environments are supposed to use specially designed fault-tolerant products made specifically for that purpose. Those disclaimers are there so that if somebody is stupid and uses something that can break in a situation where people die if something breaks, the maker can't get sued.
Other products that have that disclaimer:
* Java (http://www.java.com/en/download/license.jsp)
* Windows Mobile 6 (http://epsfiles.intermec.com/eps_fil...an/943-132.pdf)
* Symantec AV for Windows Mobile 6 (https://www.symantecstore.com/v2.0-i..._WinMobile.pdf)
* etc (I was simply doing a quick search)
