    Ill tell you one thing I have a 1st gen iphone 2G 8Gb and I usually only charge it once every two days with constant use.

    Yeah, my Treo "officially" has like 300 minutes of use time, but I only charge it a couple times a week.

    Can you shut down the 3G radio in a pre and just use edge to save power? Curious if they ran those numbers side by side with an Iphone, which supports that. I do that pretty regularly when Im on the road and dont know what kind of 3G support youll get. No sense in having the radio crank up the power to hang on to a 3G tower thats way off when youre surrounded by edge.

    someone told me I get a free upgrade to the 3gs since I bought my 3g within the last six months... but even if I don't I'm getting a new one day one if I can find one.
