-240-pin
-4gb x 2gb sticks
-with heat spreader
-following brands i would like; Corsiar, Kingston, GSkill, PNY, OCZ, Crucial
-Good speed*
-memory from Newegg.com
Price doesn't matter, the specs do.

You posted the stats you wanted, brands, and the website you want it from. I don't see why you couldn't find it yourself.

Well, theres diffrent speeds of memory and i cant make up my mind. If you read the spec of the memory they have diffrent speeds and i want people to show me the best for what i want. Im not that much of a hardware nerd or of good knowledge of hardware. I've had hardware fail on me because i chose the wrong kind, either it was too slow or it got the wrong type for what i want. I edited the specs.

Re: Memory.
If the price does not matter just pick the lowest latency DDR2 800 you can find at the moment.
You want all four numbers to be as low as possible.

The only thing that worries me is if you get good proccessor heat sink they might hit. If that's the case.
Then i'd go for these.

I like OCZ. Great product, great warranty, and great customer service. I had a dead stick, called them, RMAd, had a new stick within a week.
Corsair isn't that bad... they have just been around a while now and have a decent market share, so they can dictate a higher price. I have some GSkill in my HTPC, and it works just fine. Crucial Ballistix has also made a great name for themselves in regards to performance.
Still prefer the OCZ. I have 6GB of OCZ Reaper, and I love them. I loosened up the timings and overclocked them like a sunnuvabitch (800MHz to 1008MHz currently).
