Very good idea. Wipe that HDD with a PASSER. Though depending on who you sell to you may wanna go ahead and also reinstall. Since your windows install likely demands a renewal with major change of hardware-- it's no use to you anways. And it adds to the value of the system.

Honestly on price. You might be able to sucker someone into 500 but your best bet is in the 300s. Again, unless yer strapped for cash reuse that nice case/card for another build.
