Apple Customer Support Rocks

Purchased a 3G refurbed phone on Saturday.
The mic went out last night.
Visited the Apple store today..
5 minutes after the tech looked at it he told me I was getting a brand spanking new 3G phone for my trouble since I only had the phone for 2 days before it broke.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Hell.. he even transfered my settings, apps, movies, and music too...

The sad news is I tried to exchange it for a new iPhone today at ATT and they would not do it - told me to go to Apple. Now I see why people love Apple's customer service and spit on ATT.

Apple does this for pretty much every iPhone, if anything happens to it, i mean ANYTHING, then you just go to the Apple store and they just toss you a new/refurbed one
