Re: Steelseries XAI Gaming Mouse
I came home from work, and guess whats at my front door...............this bad son of a bitch called the XAI. Chronic.cough just got his today too.
As soon as I put my hand on it, I KNEW, that I had the perfect mouse. It fits perfectly in my hand, its not too light, not too heavy, it tracks better than anything Ive ever used.......Wow, it's everything I expected. I've used a g5, a g9, g9x, copperhead, lachesis, death adder, ikari, you name it, ive tried it. This tops them all and then takes a giant steamy shit all over them, and then it fucks all of their mothers......TWICE. It's that epically bad ass.
I need to borrow Jinx's camera and I will do a review on it for you guys and show you some benefits behind owning this piece of artistry. :9 :9 :9

Re: Steelseries XAI Gaming Mouse
put it this way i went from a Microsoft Intellipoint to a Copperhead (which i didnt like)BACK to the Microsoft (cheap ass 20 dollars AFTER i spent 90 on the copperhead) and now the Xai
but the fact that i chose the Microsoft over the Copperhead should say what i look for in a mouse...
i used to used the same mouse as u Toke and i love the Xai

I have a blend of gaming gear. I currently have the Razer Copperhead mouse, Razer Tarantula keyboard (hoping for the new Razer keyboard for xmas), Steel Series 5L mouse pad, and the Logitech G35 headset.
Personally, I like to do my research before buying a piece of equipment. I read reviews in magazines like Games for Windows (formerly Computer Gaming World), Maximum PC, CPU, PC Gamer, and of course I read reviews on Amazon, Newegg, and CNet. From that point, I like to actually see the devices in person. Sometimes this is a challenge when getting Razer and SteelSeries stuff as they may not be available at your local Best Buy or Fry's.
I have yet to be blown away by any one brand name or device. They all have had their flaws. Sometimes you get a piece of equipment that just blows you away... such as the SteelSeries 5L mouse pad. I have had it for almost 4 years now, and I have not been disappointed for a single second. At the same time, I had purchased a SteelSeries mouse, and it was hot garbage. I sent it back and got my first Razer.
