that steel series looks bad ass.. but the senns are probably better..

I've been using the same Logitech USB Premium headset for almost three years now. It's been broken twice and still sounds fine. Mic works fine, speakers work fine. Cost me about $40.

Go get one of those and spend the rest of the cash on a new game, IMO.

You made the right choice. I used to own a pair of sennheiser phones and tood them everywhere in high school. Then I was babysitting my friend's girlfriend's dog and left them on my desk and they got annihilated and I almost cried.

To replace them I bought the steel series 5h phones on a friend's recommendation. I got them and was so dissapointed in the sound in comparison. The treble was tinny and the bass was just not there.

Luckily my new dog ate those phones a few weeks ago and I am going to buy another pair of sennheisers.
