You know the funny thing about Apple? It's things like this that Apple people said was evil about Microsoft!

Itunes does blow chunks, though.
Do they even offer MP3's at 320 kb/s?

Re: Removing DRM from my iTunes music
Remember, guys, as much as it does suck that iTunes and other online music retailers use DRM, removing it [edit: through any non-sanctioned means] is still illegal, and any more specific discussion of how will not fly on TTP property.
That said, I've bought a total of one album on iTunes, and only that because it was an online-only release that wasn't available on any other platform in Canada. I like my CDs, thank you very much. Try getting an .mp3 signed by your favourite band. :P

I think what I'll do it wipe out the iTunes library file, move all the m4a files to their own folder, convert them all to mp3s then decide which of the m4ps I do and don't want.

Re: Removing DRM from my iTunes music
It's looking like the majority of the remaining songs are m4as. So I think per iTunes Plus, only 114 songs are m4ps... and they want $147 dollars to convert them? They are out of their fucking mind. That isn't converting, that's rape.

Re: Removing DRM from my iTunes music
TBH, this make me angry how much these company's wanna control something they sold you!!
fuck those FAGS, i don't feel bad about the 43.7 gigs of music Ive been luggin around since NAPSTER that I can ripp-convert-copy when ever I wish.
they tried to catch people with illegal MP3's some years ago with some free format converter, any time you converted a file it added a licence search online for rights, or something like that.
they have also purposely posted bad files and maybe viruses on file sharing networks. so when you searched IE: song A by greedy artist. you would get thousands of results and had to download them all which were being traced to try and find a good file. that was during the KAzaa time, after that i quit with file sharing sites.
i basicy have the soundtrack for my whole life with the music i have now. Ive not bought or downloaded anymusic for quite some time. and with music now if there is a song i like they play it soooO much im sick of it in a week anyway.
