Price to come down (xmas time means price gouging)
    and a 2gb of vram, I do not need 1gb for 1920x1200
I have 2 factory overclocked (if that makes any difference) 4890s in Crossfire right now.....would upgrading do anything for me? I am kind of working on building a secondary desktop ( not really for gaming...but I want it to be able to as a backup) and I'm not sure if I want to upgrade the primary machines GPU,or get a cheaper one to put in the secondary machine.
Dex you only play BF2. You don't need a lot for that.
Hehe...I play Crysis too.....and I am getting ready for BFBC2. Plus....I just like tinkering.

Only huge performance jump you would see is with a 5970.
4890's in crossfire is plenty for all the games now days. You will hold 60fps vsync max settings no problem.
There is no need to upgrade just yet.

I am still rocking the 3870's which is equal with the 8800gt so its about time to hit up the 5 series.

When I tested BigAg's 4890 single card on my intel OC setup it was blazing fast with just one card.
