help with ca internet security

Anyone know anything about CA internet security suite plus 2010? I have trouble with CSS and it. blocks plug-ins, the downloading of maps etc... It never ask me if I want to allow even though I have everything set to ask me to allow or not.

BigTymer, I have done some support for this product before. Your likely cause here is the Personal Firewall. Fairly easy to work with since it is a modified version of Zone-Alarm.

Let's start by disabling the firewall to see if this is the cause. If it is, there are some changes you can make to the Application Control later, so that the downloads will work whilst keeping the firewall on.
