    Gonna try this tonight. Maybe fix tf2 for me. Have a horizontal line that starts at bottom of screen and goes up as I look ie mouse movement. Sitting still all is well. Messed with every tf2 setting I could

    Including vSynch?

    Hardware forced vSynch in your gfx card control panel?

    Sounds like tearing to me.
