OP, you haven't said whether or not you will overclock. If not, then the Intel stock HSF should be fine.

I have NO idea how to overclock anything...so I don't think I'll do that for a while...so in about 2 days I'm buying this setup...any objects...speak up now

On second thought, I'm going to wait until I get my bday/graduation money, in addition to the fact that I have an interview for a 20 hour a week (guaranteed) job, making 7.65 an hour.

So I should be able to afford lots of goodies by mid june, just gotta hold out a few more months.
