I'm still torn if I should upgrade to a GTX580 or wait 6 months for the next batch. What do you guys think?

Idk, I don't really think you need to upgrade since the 295 is still pretty bad ass. Are you going to return your mobo in march?

The 295 doesn't do DX11, 3D vision, etc... Some people care about that, others don't.

I may but it's not necessary. My main storage device is PCI-E and my back up HD and DVD drive are connected to the SATA 6G ports which are not affected by the flaw.
