Lol thanks, actually I never even considered NZXT cases before. I had an old cooler master that I used for a couple years, thing weighed about a thousand pounds, it was solid metal with not a spec of plastic on it lol, no cable management, poor spacing, and bad all around for cooling. I was looking on newegg at some of the new cooler masters and saw that bad boy under the related products and I fell in love. It's got significantly more plastic and isn't rock solid like the other one but it has great room, cable management, room for water cooling if I ever decide to get it (I doubt I will), good price, and comes loaded with fans.

Plus that 30" is only sort of mine hehe. I have been using 2 24" monitors for but my brother is in the process of looking for jobs/moving and the 30" is actually his. He's letting me use it for a couple months until he finds a new job/place. But he is looking into buying a new 30" (this one's about 4 or 5 years old) and there is a possibility he may let me keep it when he gets the new one (keeping my fingers crossed )

Hey, I was pulling 815 watts from the wall when I was folding on 3 GPUs and my CPU. 1000w isn't TOO over the top.
In addition, I had 3 hard drives, 1 ssd, and 2 optical drives... oh, and a water pump, 9 fans, and some silly cold cathode lights. I was pretty proud of my PSU for being able to handle all of that at once.

Re: What do you play on?
Yeah I was just having fun. For you it wouldn't be as big a deal to have 1KW, I was just looking at Saltys rig which probably doesn't go over 600watts. I myself don't go over 400watts on my UPS which powers everything but my secondary monitor.
Thankfully overly powerful PSUs aren't as inefficient anymore with the tech they are putting in them nowadays.
