I thought I would post what I play on to give everyone a good laugh.
I play 2142 on a Dell XPS-400 at 1024 X 768 resolution at low settings.
Pentium D 830 3GHz
2.5 GB RAM
80 GB Hard Drive
ATI X300 SE 128MB boat anchor
Dell 19" Analog Flat Panel Monitor
Stock 375W PSU
Stock keyboard
Stock mouse
Soundblaster Live
16x DVD-ROM/16x DVD RW

I got a whopping 3DMark06 score of 37!!! Yes, I said...37

I would get alot higher if I could test at 1024 x 768.
(The free version of 3DMark06 can only benchmark at 1280x1024)

I expect 6000+ after I upgrade to a 8800GTS. Will post updated score.

Still waiting for some parts jest ordered them i got another that is more powerful but its a server so...
it runs hot so installing a water cooling system half way there with that to i suggest if you guys want a water cooling system go to dangerden there equipment is like a tank and use non conductive liquid. or you can get 100+ cfm fans you wont sleep if its near you. O yah not running yet but im on my moms comp its a bit smaller but still packs a punch.

anyway i am playing on a :
sager laptop 6700 core 2 duo intel chip
with 2 512 sli graphics *running vista so my sli doesnt work right now*
with 2 80 gig raid 0 hd

17 inch monitor.
my game is set at all max settings and runs awesomely

my desktop broke about a week before my laptop showed up

Amazing what a good GPU can do for your score and gaming experiance. I haven't tweeked with Rivatuner yet so this score is with stock clock speeds of 513/792. I can't believe I tolerated the X300 for so long.

With a little tweaking I got clock speeds of 576/925 and 3DMark of 6569. My Pent D is holding me back. http://service.futuremark.com/orb/re...0&UID=10301302
Hard to believe a 8800 upgrade from a X300 can raise your score 6532 pts.
