Cisco/Linksys have come up with a rather unique solution to this issue. They have a router now that comes pre-configured with security on. They include a USB drive that has software that will auto-configure any wireless client on Windows & MacOS. The real bonus is the router has a "guest" network with a password that can be given out to guests, so that you don't have to compromise the security of your own network to allow visitors on your network.
