    HTPC card recommendation

I just bought my friends old HDTV and wanted to build a HTPC to go with it. I have an old dell that I am going to use with a PCI express slot. Right now I threw my old 8800GT in and it runs fine although a little loud.
I wanted to try and get something that is fanless but still can output a HD signal. I can't use HDMI on the TV because all of the ports seem to be broken so component seems to be the only option.

    I am looking at:

I am not opposed to spending a little bit more money or using an ATI card, just looking for opinions. I am also looking for a remote that will work as a mouse.

The Radeon 5570 is supposed to be the best bang for the buck for HTPC:
