Anandtech: Asetek Launches 645LT: A Miniature Closed-Loop Liquid Cooler
When it comes to enthusiast-class PCs, we have seen two notable trends over the past few years. On the one hand, a significant share of high-performance computers now uses all-in-one liquid cooling solutions. On the other hand, many enthusiasts prefer small form-factor PCs that in many cases cannot accommodate an LCS. Asetek this week introduced its 645LT AIO liquid cooler, one of the first miniature closed-loop LCS on the market.

Anandtech: Intel’s ‘Auction-Only’ Core i9-9990XE Available in Retail: €2999
When Intel quietly rolled out its 14-core Core i9-9990XE aimed at extreme desktops earlier this year, the company only planned to sell the CPU to system integrators and only through a closed online auction. We expected that the system integrators would sell them only in systems, however CaseKing has decided to sell it at retail.

Anandtech: Firefox Beta for Native Windows on Snapdragon Now Available
This morning we received word that Qualcomm and Mozilla have succeeded in creating a native build of Firefox that is now available to Windows on Snapdragon users. The version is still technically a beta, however it ratifies the announcement made in December that the two companies would be collaborating to bring a native ARM64 WoS version to market.

Anandtech: Sharp Demonstrates 31.5-Inch 8K 120Hz HDR Monitor
Sharp this week demonstrated its first 31.5-inch HDR display featuring a 7680×4320 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The monitor uses the company’s IGZO technology and the manufacturer evaluates plans to release this LCD commercially.

Anandtech: Sony Develops 16K Display: A 783-Inch ‘Crystal LED’ Screen
Sony has shown at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) trade show that it had developed a screen featuring a 16K resolution that uses its Crystal LED technology. The display is currently being installed at a new research center of Shiseido, a Japanese cosmetics group.
