I've finally decided what to write my thesis paper on and it shall be...

Motion Prediction.

Take, for instance, the old but true counter-strike hit-boxes debate.
Valve does its whole "rewind time" thing to try and get the hit-boxes right, but exactly how does it work?

Well, now you know what I'm going to write my thesis on.
Note: I know it's not original; it doesn't have to be. However, I must show an expertise in the subject once I'm done.
