I have a Nokia E63. It has FM radio, but it'll only hold up to a 16GB card. I've used it as an MP3 player before, but the software sucks ass.

The E63 is a symbian device though... Go take a look at ANY android device. I think you'll be looking at smart phones a little differently.

HTC Has builtin FM radio with most of their phones. Just plug in the headset/earphones as the antenna

I have the Evo currently and absolutely love it!!!
