So I've got a couple of peltier plates lying around and the idea I had was to take a plastic food container with a lid and cut a square hole just big enough for the peltier to sit in, I used JB weld to attach a decent sized heat sink to the inside of the lid for the cold side of the peltier. then another heat sink with a fan to go on the hot side of the peltier. i plan on filling the container with water and adding some connectors and running it through my loop in my computer. what do you guys think?

what i am concerned about is possible moisture build up on the waterblocks on my cpu and southbridge. if my water is running through my loop at 40 degrees Fahrenheit, will that make moisture on my waterblocks when they heat up?

I think that is completely dependent on the humidity in the air and the dew point. Of course I'm no meteorologist so what the heck do I know.
I've stayed away from water cooling because I don't overclock (never needed to, my system doesn't have any problems with any games)... Guess you'll have to wait for someone with more practical experience than me.
