I get the blue screen of death when i set the FSB frequency to 255. so i left it at 250 where its stable at 3.25Ghz. all of my other options are set to auto except for DRAM frequency is set to 1000Mhz and i bumped up the cpu voltage from 1.25 to 1.27

To run at 4 GHz, you will need to have your FSB set at 307. I recommend shooting for 3.6 GHz first. Try bumping your FSB up to 277 MHz, increase your voltage to approx 1.35v and see if it is stable. You might need to underclock your memory to hit that high of a FSB clock. Remember, you can keep bumping the voltage. Just don't go too far past 1.365v.
Download Prime 95, and test for stability. If you can hit 3.6 GHz, you will have a pretty solid overclock (close to 40%).
