Thread: CPU Fan Speed

My CPU fan is not doing what i want it to, its doing what it wants to. Im running a AMD Phenom II X4 955 and i cant stop the fan from auto adjusting. Im using SpeedFan and its not doing anything but turn the speed down, not up. I disabled the Cool 'n' quiet feature and i have no success. Anybody got a solution to this? I like to have fan speed control again.

I know its not running at 100% because i've seen the RPM jump up from 3800 to 7800 when i play a CPU extensive game for over 3 hours.
