Video Card issues
I have and invidia DDR 5 1260? MHZ card (not sure cause I am on the road now) . I've had it about 4-5 months so I know it is still in warranty form Invidia. I leave town every week for 3-4 days so I turn my computer off. Sometimes when I start it up I get no video whatsoever (black screen). I tried pushing on the video card to make sure it is seated...move the video cable and changed it to make sure it wasn't loose and every else I could think of before changing the card. Any suggestions before I demand a new card from Invidia or Fryes?

Re: Video Car issues
950 is pretty hefty but all PSUs can fail. Make sure that all the connections are tight (Looks like you have), Download any new drivers, Maybe change the rail that your GPU is on (by changing the 6/8 pin connectors to another slot if it is a modular PSU)?
Specs and even pictures would be helpful when you get home....A lot of trial and error usually fixes the problem.

Re: Video Car issues
I went to Fryes and the main gamer guy there told me they were having problems with the MSI Card that I had. They let me return it for the current price and I bought an EVGA 570. It ROCKS! So far anyway. He said that this car runs about 20 degrees cooler too. I am running it at 1920 X ?....the highest level it can run and the grapics are AWESOME!!! I just bought a new 27 inch Samsung monitor with 1 MS response time at Costco. It rocks too! I am waiting for the new LED monitors to come down in price before I buy one.
I had to change my sound card out and last night I had to select the Creative default twice before it took. Now my mic seems to transmit lower in the game but I am still adjusting the mic level.
Thanks Fire!!!
